Christopher Tuccitto

Chris began his career as an attorney with the firm shortly after its inception in 1998.  In 2019, he became a partner.  Chris received a B.A. degree, with Honors (Political Science) from the University of Florida, where he was invited to join Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society and received his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law. While in law school, Chris served as a law clerk and assistant to the section head for the company regulation section of the Florida Department of Insurance.

Chris practices in the areas of insurance investigation and litigation, reviewing thousands of insurance files each year for coverage and potential litigation, investigating insurance coverage issues and drafting lawsuits and demands against insurance carriers involving a variety of insurance issues. Chris also lends litigation support for the cases filed.

In addition to heading up the investigation and litigation filing for the firm, Chris is also a contributing author of Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law (P.I.P.), printed and nationally distributed by West Group. Chris is currently the Vice-President of the South Broward Bar Association and a member of the Board of Directors.

Personal Note: As is reflective of this close-knit firm, Chris and Russ have known each other since junior high-school and have been in business together (from Disc Jockeying to law practice) since the age of 15.
